Important Information
If you would like to be
notified when a product update (patch) becomes available, Eagle Point provides
this service free. Whenever Eagle Point releases a new patch, an e-mail message
will be sent to notify you of the availability of the patch and to provide you
with a list of each problem that has been corrected. You can then log onto our
FTP site (via our home page if you desire) and download the patch at your
convenience. If you choose to be notified via e-mail when a patch is available,
enter your email address at:

- Heads Database - The heads
database has been updated. The database will automatically be updated if
you have not customized your database. If you have already customized your
database, you can use the Import Heads command to import a comma-delimited
(CSV) or tab-delimited (TXT) file. The first line of the file to import is
required to have the field headers. The file to be imported needs to have
at a minimum the manufacturer, series, nozzle, pressure, and coverage for
each sprinkler head. Other fields available are radius, length, width,
flow rate, Quantity Takeoff tag, and part number. Updated catalog
files can be downloaded by clicking
here.
Data Transfer
- Export LandXML - All Surface
data is now exporting correct. Previously, only the header information was
